For those RWD customers who are currently within a valid Maintenance and Support contract, RWD 4 is a free upgrade.

Due to the complexity of the process of upgrading on the FirstClass platform - no two FirstClass systems are configured exactly the same way, FirstClass Depot continues to strongly recommend that you allow us to do the upgrade for you.  

There need be no server down-time during the upgrade and we will do it without any effect on your system's stability or performance.  In order to accomplish this, we will need you to provide a subadmin level account for us on your system.  

FirstClass Depot maintains over 100 accounts on customer systems around the world in order to provide troubleshooting and support functions more efficiently.  If you wish, this is an option for your organization as well.
